It was disappointing. It was a bit of a walk, 15 minutes, in the rain (this IS Seattle). When I arrived, the “pod” of food trucks turned out to be a pod of two; Jemil’s Big Easy and My Chef Lynn. Each truck had a small line but both had tempting menus. I decided to try My Chef Lynn, because who can resist a trio of sliders (smoked pork, smoked brisket and lamb with sriracha lime) called “the tour”? Not me! And it was delicious. I do hope “the pod” expands before the next time I make “the trek”.
