Eclectic urban bar and eatery, Bar Louie (Fearey client), partnered with renowned spirits expert and master mixologist Dale DeGroff this month to uncover the true history of the martini and introduce a limited-time historic martini menu. Although National Martini Day was last Sunday, June 19, DeGroff and Bar Louie are celebrating all June long with National Martini Month!
DeGroff developed three modern adaptations of historic martini recipes spanning the decades from the drink’s inception in the late 1800’s, available on a special menu at Bar Louie locations.
The special menu features The Martinez, The Knickerbocker and Dale’s Second Chance. These and all other martinis will be available for $5.25 throughout the month during happy hour at most locations. To check out the recipes and learn some other fun facts, take a look at the media coverage below.
